Descriptions may change, and stock availability is not guaranteed until confirmed by us. Images are illustrative. Binding offers arise only when we confirm an order, trade-in, or service booking in writing or in person.

3. Enquiries and forms

Contact forms on this site are for requesting information or appointments. Submitting a form does not create a contract. We will respond during opening hours where practical.

4. Workshop, sales, and trade-ins

Sales of bikes and accessories, workshop services, and trade-in purchases are subject to our in-shop terms, Austrian consumer law where applicable, and any written estimate or invoice we provide. Test rides are at your own risk unless otherwise agreed; please follow staff instructions. Trade-in valuations are offers that may be withdrawn if the bike’s condition differs from what was presented.

5. Intellectual property

Text, layout, branding, and images on this website are protected. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial viewing.

6. Liability

We aim to keep the site accurate and available, but we do not warrant uninterrupted access or error-free content. To the extent permitted by Austrian law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the website. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
